IT Committee

The IT Committee aims at strenghtening ESN by offering online services to sections and using the latest technologies. This is much more than simply maintaining the esn.org website!

The IT Committee created and maintains: ESN Satellite, a free website template for sections; the ESN Galaxy, an interactive map aggregating news from all the ESN Sections; ESN Identity, a LDAP-based system which will permit authentication and live updates on esn.org; ESN Supernova, this site; and much more.

Moreover, the ESN webteam participates in International Web development conferences to present its work and getting inspiration and information for improving future projects. And if you want to join the Webteam, you are welcome to do so!

The ESN Committees website is based on a freely available Drupal template by Youth Agora and ESN.
You can request your ESN Satellite and use it for your next website!
